Kakoo is for anyone aged 18 and over. You can use age filters to find people you feel comfortable connecting with.

You must be 18+, follow Kakoo's community guidelines, and use real information and photos. Other than that, just show up with good vibes.

Yes. When someone adds you as a favourite, they'll appear in your Followings list. This lets you see who's interested in staying connected, while keeping things simple and respectful.

You can browse activities directly from the project list feed or map view. Use filters to narrow by interest, location, time, or vibe.

Keep it simple and clear:

• Choose a public, easy-to-find location
• Be specific about time and expectations
• Communicate clearly with attendees
• Be welcoming and respectful

Good hosts get better matches.

Go to your activity, tap Edit, and update the details. Changes will be visible to anyone who has joined.

You have two options depending on what you want to organise:

• Post a project for a 1-on-1 activity, where the host reviews and accepts requests.
• Create an event for a group activity, where people can join without approval.

If it's a post (1-on-1 activity), you can decline or remove the request. If it's an event, you can remove an attendee from the guest list if necessary. Please always be respectful and fair.

An event is a group activity that anyone can attend. No approval required. Just tap Attend and message the host.

You can host group plans, invite multiple people, share details easily, and create social experiences without 1-on-1 matching.

Tap Create, choose Event, add the details, location, and time, then publish. Your event will appear in the feed and map.

You can edit details, view attendees, message participants, or cancel the event if needed.

Events are reviewed automatically and must follow Kakoo's guidelines. Public, respectful, and safe activities are approved quickly.

A Kakoo Spot is a partnered venue (like a café, studio, or space) that welcomes Kakoo meetups.

No. Some spots may offer perks or discounts, but not all Kakoo Spots include vouchers.

If available, a voucher can be used for a specific offer at a participating Kakoo Spot.

Vouchers are redeemed directly at the Kakoo Spot listed in the voucher details.

Show the voucher in your app to the staff at the venue. Each voucher includes instructions.

This depends on the specific voucher terms. Some are one-time only.

Yes, but always message the host first to confirm space and approval.

Yes. Once you join an activity or event, you can message the host directly.

Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your photos, bio, interests, and preferences.

You can delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your data from Kakoo.

A Kakoo member is a subscribed user with access to additional features like more posts, messaging, and visibility.

Subscriptions help keep Kakoo running and ensure quality experiences. Advanced features are designed for more active users.

You can choose monthly or yearly plans.

You may be blocked for breaking community guidelines, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or repeated reports.

Serious or repeated violations can result in a permanent ban from Kakoo.

Check for Verification badge on users profile, reviews, and chat before meeting. Always meet in public places first.

Reports are reviewed by our team. Action is taken if guidelines are violated.

Kakoo is built on respect, safety, and genuine connection. No harassment, hate, scams, or inappropriate behaviour.
